Servanda
Servanda, Inc. is a Delaware corporation building the infrastructure for covenant intelligence. Founded in 2025 by litigation and machine-learning veterans.
The name comes from pacta sunt servanda — Latin for "agreements must be kept." It is the foundational principle of contract law and the reason restrictive covenants exist: parties who make commitments should be held to them.
We exist to close the enforcement gap. The people and entities bound by restrictive covenants — non-competes, NDAs, earn-out obligations — frequently violate them, and the breaches often go undetected until enforcement is impractical or the evidence has evaporated. Servanda makes continuous monitoring and court-admissible evidence preservation accessible to any legal team.
